George and Amal Welcomes Child

The build up had lasted weeks, or months, even. But on June 6, George Clooney and Amal Clooney's twins finally arrived! The couple welcomed a boy and a girl. "This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days," the new parents announced in a statement. The twins were born in London, where they will also reportedly be raised, at least for now. George's father, journalist Nick Clooney, told the FOX affiliate in Cincinnati that after speaking with the new parents via video chat shortly after the birth, George's mom, Nina, "swears [the twins] have George's nose." Nick also revealed that both children have dark hair.
